Mission Statement
I have committed my life to the preservation and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit through comprehensive psychotherapy. I offer affordable mental health services for those who seek to resolve internal conflict due to past trauma that has stymied personal growth and peace. I am dedicated to delivering compassionate and nonjudgemental support by collaborating with you in ways that will promote the process of healing. By assisting you process past memories, images, and internal dialogue, I can help you foster understanding, acceptance, and spiritual development, thus enhancing the quality of your life. I do so with compassionate engagement and unconditional respect of all religions and spiritual philosophies.
I work collaboratively with individuals struggling with emotional difficulties due to depression, trauma, loss, and the crippling effects of addiction. I will explore your emotions, while taking into account your unique circumstances and needs. I work with my clients in a comfortable private practice setting that is nurturing and peaceful. I am inspired by my Jesuit education and have made a conscious decision to draw upon that education and integrate spiritual beliefs into therapy when requested by my client. As a result of my experience and training, I have the ability to help others enter more deeply into self acceptance, personal truth, tolerance, and mindfulness. Together we can effectively navigate through this journey while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to living a more fulfilling life. As healing takes place, my clients may experience renewed hopefulness, improved self-esteem, personal autonomy, forgiveness of others, and reconciliation for past choices and mistakes. Growth involves acknowledging, accepting, and letting go of patterns that act in opposition to harmony and wholeness of the spirit.

' 'Come to the edge,' he said.
They came.
He pushed them...
And they flew.
